Not Me Monday Feels Mighty Nice!

Ahhh it's gonna feel good to get these off my chest...

I did not let the girls bathe for an extra 15 minutes in lukewarm water (hey! they weren't complaining!) so that I could finish the third book Eclipse of the Twilight Series by Stephanie Meyer. Nope, I would never get so wrapped up in a book that I sat on the bathroom floor while the girls washed each other's hair and tried not to shiver.

It wasn't me who neglected the remaining dirty dishes in the sink before we left for a short trip to visit family this weekend and then had to tackle them after the kids went to sleep tonight. I would never leave dirty dishes *gasp* in the sink overnight...and most certainly not ALL WEEKEND!

I did not just finish up planning for our oldest's pre-school "Friendship Day" party a few minutes ago when it is mere hours away. It is soooo not like me to procrastinate like that.

While visiting family I did most certainly not contemplate trying to hide their supremely sweet Golden Doodle Dog, Bailey into the back of our vehicle.

There is no way that between posting on here and getting posts ready for A Giveaway A Day that I would take large honkin' bites of brownies that my SIL so lovingly made for my thighs and sent home with me...YES only me....NO the kids and husband won't be getting any.

I did not go check prices online for large dumpsters to be delivered so that I can just shove all the cluttering contents of the house into one and send it far, far away...I would never do that.

It must be someone else who keeps washing clothes and piling them on the guest room bed, because I would never, ever leave 7 loads of clean, unfolded laundry to get wrinkled on the bed. Hmm mmm.

I was not hushing our oldest on the way home from our mini vacation across the state so that the little kids would continue his and her naps....again so I could read my book.

Now...it's your turn! Go ahead...I promise it will make you feel better. :)

Nice, Liz...But don't worry, I can totally see myself doing that "leave kids in the bathtub to finish a book" thing when I have kids of my own! =)
